Summer of 08

Well, this summer has been so full of fun things that we have done. We have watched the Fresno State Bulldog Baseball team take the national championship. We have help Oma and Opa get there house ready to sell. We have had fun playing together, and watching our pumpkins and sunflowers grow almost as big as we are. We have also seen a sun that is red. Mommy and Daddy says that it is because of the smoke. I have learned to help the firefighters by blowing the smoke away. And we still have another month of fun coming up. We are going to take Amtrak to Gaga's and Papa's in Ridgecrest and visit them for a week. We cannot even wait to go into Papa's pool. Have a great rest of summer, and we will get back to when we can.

Summer is here!!!!!

Well now that are both a year older, and a little wiser, we can do things that brother do. We wrestle, chase, and have together most of the time. Here are some pictures of our fun. please come by and play with us anytime. we are also growing sunflowers and pumpkins in our backyard. mommy counted 10 flowers on one plant, and we have five plants. When you start smelling the delicious smell of pumpkin bread coming from our house, Daddy will be done with his classes. grow pumpkins grow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11 months and counting

Hey Everyone

Yes I am 11 months old and can do anything. I climb over everything including Danny and Bear Bear. I just can't wait till I am 1. Love to all

10 months and walking

Yes Everyone you heard right! I am walking. I told you that it would not be long until I was walking like Danny. I can walk, balance, turn around, and laugh standing up. But if I start laughing too hard I do end up on the floor because I lose my balance. Watch out the Rice boys are on the loose. I cannot wait to show all of you. I am very proud and so are my mommy and daddy.

Spaghetti is YUMMY

Well I think that since the title tells you what I was eating, and pictures are worth a thousand words, I will just let you look and laugh. I has a blast eating like a big boy, and then Danny tried to help me. Doesn't he know that I have learned everything from him? He is my Bubba and I love him.

Watch out everyone I am mobile. I have started crawling and believe it or not, am getting ready to walk. I can follow Danny all over the house, but Mommy and Daddy got this thing that blocks me out of the kitchen and other places that they don't want me to be. HA! Danny and I are already plotting to go over that gate and full run of the house. Mom and Dad have no idea of what the two of us are going to do. Watch out world here comes the Rice brothers.

Time Out for George

When George and I were playing in my room, he decided to bonk me on the head. He thought that was so funny that he bonked me in the head again. Well, that was it!!!! Curious or not he had to know that I don't like that, so I put him on "time-out". He was a good little monkey and has never done that again.

Afternoon of Fun with Oma

One afternoon, I saw that we had a couple of dandilions that needed to be blown. Oma helped me with that. Then we decided that Grant needed to experience grass for the first time. He wanted to eat it, because right now he wants to eat EVERYTHING. Well, we had so much fun I can't wait till we do it again.

Brothers Forever

We love to play together, talk to each other, get thrown on the bed together, and tickle or be tickled together. What can we say, except that growning up together is going to fun, and Mommy and Daddy better watch out cause it might be a bumpy ride.

Caught in the Act!!!!!!!

Last night after a bath, I kept asking Mommy for food, but told me that she would get something for me in a little while. Well, I was very hungry because I only had two pieces for dinner that I found the pizza in the refrig and helped myself. I guess I made a little bit of noise because Mommy poked her head around the corner and took this picture. Caught the the act. Cold pizza is good too.

Blowing Bubbles with Gaga

When visited our Gaga and Papa a couple weeks agao we found how to make huge bubbles bigger than me(Danny). It was so much fun because they would pop over my head and get me ALL WET. I was soaked by the end of "bubble time". Grant enjoyed the smaller bubbles with Gaga and they had so much fun popping them, and he did not get as much as I did. I can't wait till we can make big bubbles here ans show everyone here.

Danny's New Job

Danny has decided that his new job as a big brother is to feed me. He does such a good job making me say "AH" and everything. Mommy and Daddy have fun cleaning me up after Danny is done feeding me, but it is all worth it. I think I heard Mommy and Daddy talking about taking a video of it and sending it to AFV. So keep an eye out for us on the TV.

WW Daddy

Wrestling with Daddy is so much fun, and to do it my Wow (Oma and Opa's RV) is even better. Grant took Daddy from the ground while worked him over from the top. The strategy worked pretty well until Daddy brought in the tickle monster. Then after that it was even baby for himself. The only thing I can say is that we had a blast and can't wait to do it again.
